Many MSN users have met with Login Problem recently. The error code 80048834 is the most common and you have been denied access to the MSN service. Many of the MSN users were frustruated at some point of time as they are unable to login. We have found a fix to this problem.
Solution to MSN Login Problem
First, goto the Windows Live ID Sign in by clicking here>>>
You need to use your Windows Live ID Username and Password, and it will ask you to accept their terms and once you click "I Accept" you will be able to login to Windows Live Messenger again.
If you do not have the Windows Live ID, please try using your MSN Email Address and Password to sign in. Sign up for an Windows Live ID Account if it still does not work.

You need to visit Window Live ID site at least once to login and accept the terms and conditions.
