This service center is totally waste; all the technicians are unqualified, poor business operation. My laptop is Lenovo Edge 420, after a week I got problem with screen; they take 4 weeks to change one laptop LCD screen. I call the representative for chasing the status of my laptop they answer me like this “we order the screen already, till date we not received”. This is not a customer support, it look like they are telling there not chasing the procurement department. It is frustrating too much; my rating for the Lenovo Service Centre is 0 out of 10.

You must understand this is not Lenovo own service centre. It has been contract out to a third party company. I love Lenovo but not the after sales service. So switching to Toshiba, Samsung or LG is better for after sales service.
